BEDROOM 1 Master Bedroom Suite- Exceptionally spacious, this indulgent king suite has a romantic sitting area, broad balcony complete with telescope, and an over size bathroom with sofa, and private massage area.

BEDROOM 2 Upper Level King Bedroom Suite- This Tranquil upper level king bedroom suite offer ocean views, and features cozy sitting areas indoors, and on the outdoor balcony.

BEDROOM 3 Lower Level Queen Bedroom Suite- There's a breezy, beachy feel to this lower level queen bedroom suite, with doors that fully open to an outdoor deck with hammock.

BEDROOM 4 Casita King Bedroom- Private, yet connected to the main gathering areas, enjoy ocean views, and an over sized bathroom, with indoor and outdoor shower, and private garden with lounge style seating area.

BEDROOM 5 Casita Double Bedroom- There is a view to the ocean as well as jungle gardens from this suite with two double beds. A spacious Bath offers an indoor and outdoor showers well as a full size bathtub.

VILLA POLICIES

  •  Maximum number of overnight guests is 14 (six bedrooms)

  • All outside guests must be approved by the House Manager for day visits

  • No pets

  • No smoking

  • Guests are subject to the rules and regulations of the Ranchos Estates Homeowners Association

  • Mexican law prevails

  • Guests waive liability claims against the owner of Villa Luna Mar

  • Fees to cover any damages to Villa Luna Mar that occurs during a stay will be deducted from the security deposit

 

 

 

RATES

• 50% due at time of reservation confirmation

• 50% balance due 45 days prior to arrival

• Security deposit requested is one night rental rate, due 45 days prior to arrival

* November 1-23 (Shoulder Fall) = $5,500 (4 night minimum)

 

* Nov 23 – Dec 3   2019 Thanksgiving, any 6 days including Thanksgiving) = $9,500 (6 night minimum) – additional nights at $6,800/night.

 

* December 3-22 (High Season) = $6,800  (4 night minimum)

 

* Dec 22-29   2019 (Christmas Week, any 7 days including Christmas, beginning December 20 or earlier) = $11,500 [additional nights @ $6,800/night (other than New Years)]

 

* 2019/20 (New Year’s Week, any seven days including New Years Eve, beginning December 29 or later) = $11,500 [additional nights @ $6,800/night (other than Christmas)]

CANCELATION POLICY

Except as provided below, all cancellations are subject to a fee of $2,000 (US Dollars), except that in the event the reservation is not confirmed due to a competing bid, in which case the full amount of the funds will be returned to the Customer. The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made 120 days or more prior to the arrival date (less the $2,000 fee). Deposits for cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the arrival date are refunded only if and to the extent the Premises is subsequently rented for the cancelled dates, less a $4,000 fee and any deficiency in the subsequent rental rate (if any), which shall be retained by Owner. There are no cancellations during holidays including Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, and Easter. All holidays must be paid in full at time of booking.
